What it’s like to work with me
My story
What do you want to be
when you grow up?
I’ve always just wanted to be me.
As an entrepreneur, I can be.
I was born and raised in Honolulu on O’ahu, Hawai’i. I spent my childhood playing soccer, paddling outrigger canoe, and dancing hula.
I started my career as a Systems Engineer at Cisco, a fortune 100 company that taught me how a $15B global business operates. I learned what it takes to earn the business of enterprise and public sector customers.
I went on to build and scale startups from pre-seed to series C in the SaaS, agri-tech, and food industries (with some being acquired). I learned to be even more resourceful, creative, and to execute with limited time and resources.
These experiences taught me how to build strong workplace cultures, deeply empathize with customer needs, and turn passion and problems into revenue.
